The Arvieux valley is part of the Parc Naturel Régional du Queyras. In a magnificent setting with exceptional snowfall, the little village of Arvieux offers you:
• 56km of pistes for cross-country skiing through larch and pine forests,
• 18km of alpine skiing resorts, ideal for family skiing with something for everybody,
• Nordic or snowshoe hiking, off-piste skiing to discover the peaks of the Queyras
At 1,790m of altitude, at the foot of the Col de l’Izoard, the VTF holiday village is based in the Hameau de Brunissard.

Disabled-access bedroom allowing wheelchair use, easy access to outside through bay windows. Accessible bathroom allowing a wheelchair user to be independent.
Access:
Access to the restaurant, reception, and outdoor terrace is on the same level. To access the lounge with fireplace: 3 steps.
The village is disabled-friendly but the outdoor environment is not really suitable for wheelchairs.
Parking:
"Disabled" parking space for easy access in summer. In winter, snow makes wheelchair access more complicated.

The reception is open Sunday to Friday from 8 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances au VTF Les Esquirousses à Arvieux. Le séjour s’est globalement très bien déroulé et nous avons particulièrement adoré la sortie luge du matin, avec une super ambiance et une équipe vraiment agréable.
Le seul point négatif concerne la gestion d’un imprévu familial important. Nous avions réservé pour 6 personnes, mais suite à de gros problèmes familiaux indépendants de notre volonté, nous n’avons finalement pu venir qu’à 4. Malheureusement, n’ayant pas de document officiel justifiant cette situation, aucun remboursement ni même geste commercial n’a pu être accordé pour nos deux enfants absents.
J’ai trouvé cela dommage, car cette absence n’était absolument pas un choix de notre part. Un petit geste de la part de la direction de VTF aurait été apprécié et aurait donné envie de repartir avec eux.
Je tiens toutefois à préciser que ce n’est absolument pas la faute du personnel sur place, qui a été très professionnel et accueillant. Ma remarque concerne uniquement la politique de la direction.
Nous partons en VTF tous les ans, nous sommes une famille de 7 personnes, et au vu du budget que cela représente, il est vraiment regrettable qu’aucun effort n’ait été fait dans cette situation exceptionnelle.

Un excellent séjour aux Esquirousses à Arvieux. L'équipe est vraiment au top à tous les niveaux : accueil, animation, restauration. Une belle dynamique impulsée par une directrice, Marya, très avenante et proche des clients. Nous étions déjà venus aux Esquirousses et nous trouvons que ça s'est beaucoup amélioré ; nous nous sommes régalés ! De bons produits régionaux, un repas de réveillon aux petits soins, des animateurs créatifs et gentils, des serveurs toujours disponibles, personnels de ménage efficaces et souriants, chambres propres, tout est pensé dans les moindres détails. Ma fille a passé des vacances du nouvel an magiques. Merci à vous et à très bientôt.

Encore un séjour réussi dans ce petit coin de nature authentique où l'on peut se ressourcer dans une ambiance conviviale, tout en pratiquant des sports de neige sans prendre la voiture. Un excellent accompagnateur raquettes est présent 3 fois par semaine. Nourriture variée et bien cuisinée. Le réveillon de la St Sylvestre a été copieux et festif, nous avons adoré les petits jeux hilarants entre l'entrée et le plat principal. La soirée "Tout est permis" aussi, plus créative que le jeu "La rentrée des classes". Soirée karaoké et soirée dansante années 80 à reconduire aussi bien sûr. La directrice, Marya, est très présente et très à l'écoute des vacanciers au quotidien.
