The Arvieux valley is part of the Parc Naturel Régional du Queyras. In a magnificent setting with exceptional snowfall, the little village of Arvieux offers you:
• 56km of pistes for cross-country skiing through larch and pine forests,
• 18km of alpine skiing resorts, ideal for family skiing with something for everybody,
• Nordic or snowshoe hiking, off-piste skiing to discover the peaks of the Queyras
At 1,790m of altitude, at the foot of the Col de l’Izoard, the VTF holiday village is based in the Hameau de Brunissard.

Disabled-access bedroom allowing wheelchair use, easy access to outside through bay windows. Accessible bathroom allowing a wheelchair user to be independent.
Access:
Access to the restaurant, reception, and outdoor terrace is on the same level. To access the lounge with fireplace: 3 steps.
The village is disabled-friendly but the outdoor environment is not really suitable for wheelchairs.
Parking:
"Disabled" parking space for easy access in summer. In winter, snow makes wheelchair access more complicated.

Skiing at ArvieuxFrom the Queyras to the Devoluy, from the Briançonnais to the Vallonite, the Hautes Alpes offer more than 30 skiable areas. You can enjoy Skiing in all its forms (even ski gliding!) in an authentic atmosphere of chalets, mountain pastures and toboggan rides.
The ski resort of Arvieux has ski-wheelchairs for the disabled.

Village vacances très familial et très bien agencé pour permettre une fois rentré de tout avoir sur place sans avoir besoin de sortir.

Nouvelle equipe donc je comprends que c est complique mais aucune souplesse pour l'arrivée et le départ. La chambre n'était pas prête à 17h. Peut être étions trop habitués par l'accueil et la disponibilité de Ludovic.
Deux points noirs cette année: le club enfant qui ressemblait plus à une garderie sans activité contrairement aux autres années où les enfants avaient toujours des activités manuelles et sortaient à l'extérieur au moins matin et après midi. J' ai préféré garder mon fils avec moi
Autre point négatif les repas! ce n'était déjà pas le point fort du vtf mais là ce n est plus
des repas festifs: qualité, diversité et quantité à améliorer réellement.
Point positif: le service toujours souriant alors les clients étaient clairement pas contents des repas ou des quantités.
Le site reste idéal pour des vacances au ski en famille mais il faut améliorer la restauration et l'accueil général.

Endroit superbe,personnel sympathique. Dommage qu'une seule demi-journée raquettes par personne soit proposée car peu d'activités de ce fait pour les non skieurs

Vtf agréable bien qu'un peu vieillot, chambres petites. La station d'Arvieux est intéressante pour les skieurs (descente, fond) et les non skieurs (raquette, piéton, luge).
Remarque : Il est dommage de prioriser les réservations via Booking.
Il faudrait que la centrale de réservation VTF soit soucieuse de plus de souplesse quant aux possibilités de nuitées décalées en cours de semaine par exemple...

The reception is open Sunday to Friday from 8 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
