Il a fallu le changement de direction et l 'arrivée de la nouvelle directrice Aline pour que le séjour prenne un tour normal.
Heureusement dans ses " bagages " suivait le remarquable cuisinier que nous avions eu aux balcons du sauze.
A eux deux ils ont sauvé notre séjour meme si l animation a été quelque peu défaillante .

Nous pensons que cet établissement a beaucoup de potentiel néanmoins la gestion semble fragile. Nous avons par ailleurs été témoins d'une altercation entre direction et personnel devant nombreux clients, ce qui a d'ailleurs marqué nos enfants.

Nous avons bénéficié d'un séjour assez agréable dans l'ensemble à Pra Loup et ce dans le sens où nous étions en pension complète et à proximité immédiate des pistes. . Cela nous a permis de profiter pleinement des joies de la neige et d'oublier les tâches ménagères et autres contraintes du quotidien . Cependant, nous avons vraiment déploré des problèmes d'hygiène sérieux et préoccupants: les plateaux du petit déjeuner étaient régulièrement mouillés et souillés , tout comme les tasses et bols . Il fallait sélectionner de la vaisselle à peu près propre pour manger. Nous y avons été moins sensibles mais il faut noter que le mobilier n'était pas bien propre. Nous avons perçu un manque d'expérience de la majorité des employés qui cherchaient malgré tout à nous satisfaire sans en avoir les moyens. Et un directeur qui servait les petits déjeuners et participait au ménage , faute de personnel, nous imaginons. Nous avons signalé un dysfonctionnement au niveau du robinet de notre lavabo et celui ci n'a pas été pris en compte. Nous n'avons pas insisté car nous avons compris qu'il y avait une pénurie de personnel et nous pouvions nous accommoder de ce désagrément La prestation de cette année n'a rien à voir avec celle que nous avions connu par le passé mais le pire reste les problèmes d' hygiène en restauration. Nous espérons que le " plongeur" sera supervisé à l'avenir pour éviter de tel écueils.
