globalement bien, deux points a amliorer dont un majeur le 1
1) la restauration (mal cuisinné, grasse, répétitive)
2)la propreté des chambres (meubles de rangement pas pratique)
De plus un leggins a été volé, et j ai retrouvé deux vêtements tachés avec un produit que je n ai pas pu enlever et que je n avais pas porté)

La literie n'est pas satisfaisante, mais le pire reste la restauration. Dommage parce que le cadre est super.

La semaine avait très bien démarré mais en milieu de semaine, gros problème à la restauration. Au petit déjeuner, il manque beaucoup de choses, au déjeuner il n'y a plus de vin rosé non plus. J'échange en direct avec le responsable de la restauration, il n'était pas informé qu'il y avait des problèmes ! En l'absence de la directrice que l'on a d'ailleurs aperçu que le premier jour et que l'accueil ne peut rien pour nous, je contacte le siège social de VVF, la réponse qu'il me donne ce n'est pas de leur responsabilité voir avec VTF avec qui vous avez passez la commande, comment se déresponsabiliser top. Je contacte ensuite VTF où là, l'accueil est tout autre, prêt à nous changer de résidence,proposition de dédommagement.J'explique que je souhaite tout simplement que le nécessaire soit fait afin que l'ensemble des clients puissent poursuivre sereinement leur séjour. Et effectivement dans la soirée , le responsable de la restauration m'indique qu'il a demandé à être livré le lendemain et cela a été fait. Les informations données par le responsable c'est que l'on lui attribue un budget à la semaine en fonction du nombre de clients et s'ils mangent ou boivent trop et bien c'est serrage de ceinture.
Sinon, le personnel est très sympathique et fait ce qu'il peut avec les moyens que l'on leurs donnent.

The reception is open Sunday to Friday from 8 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
You will find a shop with regional products, post card, games board and loan rackets.
