Our holiday villages have top-quality leisure facilities, and because holidays are also about relaxation, many of them have fitness areas, a space dedicated to well-being.  

What is the fitness area in our holiday villages? 

The fitness area consists of a sauna and/or hammam and/or spa, depending on your holiday destination. You'll find more details on the village page. 

If you can't remember when you took your last holiday, you probably need a break and your body is crying out for a break. 

We all think that having a good time and taking a break are essential on holiday. After a busy year, it's time to take a breather, take some time for yourself and be pampered. 

All you have to do is book a time slot during the day, at no extra cost, to enjoy a private moment of relaxation and regain your well-being, softness and shape at the end of your holidays. 

Before or after the swimming pool, treat yourself to a break on your own, with the family or with friends thanks to the fitness areas available in our holiday villages.
